For verified parental consent we may require that parents fax us with a copy of their passport, driver’s license or other form of identity document as well as a contact telephone number we can call to verify information. We may also require the contact details of two friends or family members for the purposes of confirming identity. Upon request, we will provide a description of the specific types of information collected from a child to his or her parent. Also by request, we will withdraw using or collecting any information from a child.

In addition:

  • We provide a reasonable a means for a parent to obtain any personal information collected from their child.
  • To obtain this information, a parent must provide sufficient evidence that they are the child’s parent.
